Early bird registration

1. On-Site Registration
This ticket option includes conference fees, lodging, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On-site registration is further divided into three price categories based on room preference. The prices listed below are per person:

2. Off-Site Registration - 8172 NOK per person
This ticket option includes conference fees, lunch and dinner. Please note that attendees choosing the off-site option will need to arrange their own accommodations/lodging. We prefer to have all guests together during meals, fostering a sense of community and collaboration throughout the conference.

Early-bird tickets are available until May 15th, 2025. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK). Please be aware that currency conversion rates may fluctuate at the time of ticket purchase, which could affect the total amount in Euro or other currencies. Note that tickets for IWC2025 do not cover transaction fees, additional drinks and snacks, transport to the conference or travel visas.

Cancellation and refund​

Cancellations of registration is only possible for Early Bird registrants. Cancellations will be accepted until 31st May, 2025 and participants will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 750 NOK. To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request in writing to iwc2025@inn.no. The cancellation will only be considered valid once you receive confirmation from us. Please note that after May 31st,2025, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reasons. However, participants who cancel after this date may find a replacement to attend in their place. The replacement must be confirmed by the conference organizers via iwc2025@inn.no no later than 31st July 2025. If no replacement is found, the original participant will be responsible to pay for the full registration fee.

Note: Registering for the conference does not automatically enroll you in the post-conference fieldtrip. If you wish to attend the fieldtrip, please purchase a separate ticket.
